Music Facilitators

Transforming Lives Through Music

At SoundLincs, we are always on the lookout for talented freelance music facilitators.

 

As a community-focused organisation, we are continuously seeking to grow our pool of inspirational music leaders, those who can harness the power of music as a tool to engage, inspire and motivate.

 

Our projects are designed to accommodate the needs of participants of all ages, abilities, ethnicities and communities, offering truly inclusive music making opportunities. So, if you are motivated by transforming lives, are passionate about musical accessibility and are interested in developing your workshop practice as part of an experienced and knowledgeable team, we would love to hear from you!

Your responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering impactful and engaging music workshops across a range of settings.

​​

  • Ensuring workshop content is appropriately delivered for our diverse range of participants.

​​

  • Inspiring and empowering participants to create music, as part of a group or through one-to-one music sessions.

​​

  • Completing SoundLincs mandatory project paperwork.

​​

  • Undertaking relevant safeguarding training as required, providing proof of DBS and public liability insurance.

​​

  • Representing SoundLincs in a professional manner.

Creative Communications Executive​

Full Time - 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Closing date: 10am Wednesday 3rd June 2026

Interviews: Thursday 11th June 2026

The Creative Communications Executive will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of SoundLincs’ marketing, communications, and visual design activity. This includes managing social media channels, creating engaging digital and written content, and delivering targeted campaigns that promote SoundLincs’ work, increase audience engagement, and support fundraising, volunteering, and employment opportunities. The role is central to raising the organisation’s profile and strengthening its brand as a leader in social impact music-making.

​

A key element of the role is high-level creative design work using the Adobe Creative Suite, producing a wide range of professional visual materials. This includes updating and maintaining the website, designing toolkits, resources, evaluations, annual reviews, impact reports, and funding proposals, as well as creating promotional materials such as flyers, logos, event branding, banners, and social media assets. Working closely with internal teams, the Creative Communications Executive will ensure all communications and design outputs are visually consistent, accessible, and effectively communicate SoundLincs’ impact and activity.
