EMPowering Young Music Producers this half term

Our first EMPower session will be taking place during half term on Tuesday 27th May, running 10 AM till 4 PM.

EMPower is a free learning and development project for 11-16 year olds which gives young people the opportunity to collaborate with their peers and work alongside professional music producers to develop new skills and techniques. We are offering further spaces on a ‘drop in’ basis on the 27th May, so those who have not signed up to participate are still welcome to join the project.

The initial session will be an opportunity to meet and collaborate with other young music producers, and obtain advice and guidance from an industry expert. It will also give the chance to explore and shape how this project continues, so participants

should take a moment to consider their future availability and ideal times to meet in preparation.

EMPower will be taking place at soundHOUSE, 18 St Martins Lane, Lincoln, LN2 1HY, this is the most central point when considering the location of all participants. With soundLINCS delivering this project for free we unfortunately have no budget to provide lunch on the day, so ask that participants please bring their own.

For more information or to book a place in advance please contact us on 01522 510073 or info@soundlincs.org.
