soundLINCS are looking for inspirational Music Facilitators to join our passionate and well-respected team in developing music-making opportunities throughout the East Midlands.

Established in 1998 soundLINCS’ programmes are vibrant and varied with a particular specialism on working with hard to reach communities across the region.

Are you a community musician, music leader, youth worker, early year’s worker or teacher who is motivated to deliver creative and engaging music workshops?

We are also making preparations to offer a Programme Facilitator Internship via the Creative Employment Programme. There are certain criteria you must meet in order to be eligible to apply for a Creative Employment Programme funded internship. At the time of applying you must be aged 18 to 24 years old and you must be registered as unemployed with Jobcentre Plus. These eligibility criteria have been approved by the Department of Work and Pensions.

The Creative Employment Programme is an Arts Council England fund to support the creation of traineeships, formal apprenticeship and paid internship opportunities in England for unemployed young people wishing to pursue a career in the arts and cultural sector.  You can find out more about this initiative at http://creative-employment.co.uk/the-creative-employment-programme

    I would be esp keen to work with children or with older folk
    I am a music coordinator in a primary school (4-10 yr olds) I am also keen to explore intergenerational music projects if you have any need for this?????

    however will be keen to work with all ages/needs
