Leicester-Shire Schools Music Service (LSMS) is a large, highly effective Music Service with an excellent reputation. Working as part of the senior leadership team, successful applicants will need to have new ideas and a shared vision for the future. The post holder will lead and motivate all support staff and fulfill the operational needs of the service.
You should have the skills to analyse data including financial management information to identify areas of relevant spends, assess trends and provide statistical reports. You will take a lead role, in liaison with the Service Manager, in the development and implementation of strategies, processes, procedures and policies across the service, to improve the efficiency of the financial, administrative and support services. You will also be expected to strengthen the work and expansion of the Leicester-Shire Music Education Hub (LMEH), by securing improvement and accountability.
